5 dramas set in picturesque countryside locations

Beautiful breathtaking visuals have power to make a drama more appealing. Every time I watch a drama I look out for these picturesque locations…pause some of the scenes…. just to admire the beauty and the direction.

Here are 5 dramas set in such picturesque locations

1. Racket boys

Racket Boys is set in a small village in Haenam in southwest Korea. The actual filming locations were in Gangneung and Suncheon.

2. Hometown cha cha cha

Hometown cha cha cha is set in Gongjin, a fictitious beach community. The filming locations of the K-drama are in Pohang, a South Korean city in the North Gyeongsang province.

3. My liberation notes

My liberation notes is set in Sanpo village in Gyeonggi-do. However, it’s been filmed at various locations.

The house and farm is in Yeoncheon Gyeonggido. The subway station is Seonghwan Station. The scenes from subway are Busan Metro Line 2.

Our blues follows life of a group of folks living on Jeju island. One of the main shooting location is Geumneung.

Once upon a small town is set in Heedong village.
