Improving Deep Sleep: My Day 1 Experience

As you may know or maybe you don’t I am on quest of improving my deep sleep.

On my day1, I tried a couple of things.

  1. Hot shower before bed.
  2. Go to bed later than usual so I am sleepier.

However, I had 14 minutes of deep sleep with this.

I am not giving up at this. I will keep trying to do this and add other things with time.

Let’s see how things go.
